  1. Initially discuss immediate and future career goals.
  2. Review resume to insure all questions are going to be answered thoroughly to a prospective hiring authority (reasons why you left a job, your future goals, your salary/bonus desires).
  3. Openly discuss your likes and dislikes, perhaps strengths and weaknesses, to ensure a proper company match in making a change.
  4. Critique resume; offer suggestions to improve upon presentation format.
  5. Assist in putting a current reference list together with the right mix of supervisors, associates and/or personal contacts.
  6. Contact you (always) to discuss an opportunity prior to releasing your resume.
  7. Provide interviewing tips based on experience with that particular Client and be accessible for encouragement and support prior to the interview.
  8. Provide feedback on the interview as soon as possible.
  9. Participate as your Agent in salary negotiations.
  10. Provide on-going “hand-holding” until the first day of employment.
  11. Follow-up the first 30 days to reassure the Company meets and exceeds your expectations. 
  12. Expect confidentiality throughout the entire process.
